Located in the Richmond Annex on the border of El Cerrito and Albany, Nomura Preschool has been a leader among East Bay preschools for children ages two to five years old since 1964. Dedicated Nomura Preschool teachers provide a balanced program of academics, art, music, creative free play and stimulating physical activities.
