Located in the Richmond Annex on the border of El Cerrito and Albany, Nomura Preschool has been a leader among East Bay preschools for children ages two to five years old since 1964. Dedicated Nomura Preschool teachers provide a balanced program of academics, art, music, creative free play and stimulating physical activities. We're dedicated to our East Bay families with preschool children in Richmond, Albany, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Hercules, Pinole, and San Pablo, CA.
